When the HBO series, The Sopranos, first came on, I watched a few episodes but could not keep up due to my work schedule.  My cable provider had all five seasons in their On Demand viewing section prior to the start of Season Six.  So, I watched each episode in order starting with Season One so I could catch up on everything prior to the start of the new and final season.  I enjoyed it immensely.  Even though I am of part Italian descent, I have not been offended by the show.  Anyone with sense knows that this is not the normal lifestyle of all Italians.  I view it as entertainment.  Even so, we can't hide from the fact that this lifestyle did and does exist.  And, it is not exclusive to Italians.  But, getting back to television, it has been entertaining and I am speculating on how the final season will end.  Will Tony survive, will he still remain with Carmela, will they bring Furio back in any episodes and will Paulie finally lose it totally.  Can't wait.  Tonight is the final episode before they break and then I believe they will return with the last of the new episodes in January 2007.

One of my favorite television shows is CSI- Las Vegas.  I just became a fan a few months ago and have been catching up on the previous seasons which are shown in reruns on Spike TV.  I recognize William Peterson (Gil Grissom) immediately as a young actor from the movie Manhunter which I had seen years ago.  I love this show as it is more than just your typical cops and robbers TV show.  The science of it is fascinating.
